Project Overview
To create an advanced digital archive that seamlessly organizes, preserves, and enhances accessibility to the Ministry’s extensive collection of books and reports while integrating smart search and topic-based navigation.
A centralized, tech-powered archive enabling seamless access to government publications through intuitive search and interactive navigation.
The Ministry required a robust and intelligent archiving system for its publications, ensuring fast, structured, and user-friendly access to a vast range of governmental books and reports. The project involved designing a highly efficient platform featuring deep search capabilities, smart topic navigation, and cross-referencing across reports. The bilingual interface ensured accessibility to a diverse audience, making knowledge more structured and easy to retrieve.

Our strategy focused on developing a user-centric digital platform that simplifies content retrieval while preserving the integrity of historical records.
By integrating AI-powered search, categorized indexing, and interactive topic jumping, we ensured effortless exploration of archives, improving knowledge accessibility for officials and researchers alike.
Process
The development process combined research-driven UX design, an optimized data structure, and an agile development framework for rapid deployment.
We started with wireframes tailored to an Arabic-first experience, incorporated smart filters for efficient content categorization, and built a dynamic, responsive interface. Each document was indexed with metadata for structured, intelligent searching.
